More into Rock and metal as a teenager, Aurelien discovers rap by translating Public Enemy's songs and today, between rap and Orelsan the love story still lasts. In the meantime he meets Gringe, half of the band Casseurs Flowters, also his partner in Bloqués (Canal +). In 2009, his first album “Perdu d’avance” is certified gold record, than “Le Chant des Sirènes” (2011) wins two Victoires de la musique (french award’s music show) in the category rap album and public revelation. Reunited with Gringe in 2015 for their first film depicting the story of the duo: “Comment c’est loin” (How It’s Far). Artist with various artistic facets, he has been asserting himself for several years as one of the most important figures in French rap. His latest album “Civilisation” is the best-selling album in France in 2022. The singer from Normandy continues to break records with a recent sold-out tour throughout France, including 5 performances at Bercy and 3 full shows at Défense Arena.
