Pauline Croze

Close 37 / 53

Pauline Croze emerged at 24, revealed at the Transmusicales de Rennes. The following year became the year of Pauline Croze: she won the Sacem prize at the Chorus festival and performed as the opening act for Miossec, Bernard Lavilliers, Lhasa, and Cali—quite a lineup

In 2005, she released her debut self-titled album, "Pauline Croze." It went gold, earning her a nomination at the Victoires de la Musique, followed by a year-and-a-half-long tour that included La Cigale and Olympia. Suffice it to say, Pauline Croze's name was on everyone's lips and in everyone's ears

Her second album, "Un bruit qui court" (2007), was soon to follow, leading to tours across France, Japan, and West Africa. She also composed the track "Dans les films" for Maïwenn's feature film, "Le Bal des artistes." Following "Le Prix de l'Eden," she released "Bossa Nova," which, as the title suggests, revisited Brazilian music standards

"Ne rien faire" (2018), her most recent album, sounds like an oxymoron: Pauline Croze pours her heart and soul into her voice and guitar, recounting heartaches, whispered dramas, and even the trembling sun far away

Her sixth album, "Après les heures grises" was released on October 8, 2021, under Argentic / Capitol.
