Laurent Bardainne is a French saxophonist, keyboardist, and composer.
As the co-leader of the cult group Poni Hoax alongside Nicolas Ker, he also co-founded the band Limousine and is an active member of Thomas de Pourquery's Supersonic.

In 2017, he created "Lost" with Camélia Jordana (Victoire for World Music Album).
Laurent has collaborated with numerous artists including Etienne Daho, Jane Birkin, Lucas Santana, Lou Doillon, Miossec, Cassius, and Gonzales.
In 2018, Laurent Bardainne founded the quintet "Tigre d'Eau Douce" and released two critically acclaimed albums.

In 2022, his album "Hymne au soleil" was voted Album of the Year by French jazz media and ranked fifth in jazz album sales for the year. His duet "Oiseau" with singer Bertrand Belin was one of the five most played tracks on mainstream radios in 2022. This album also received support from numerous international media outlets (BBC6, Jazzthetic, Jazzthing, Cosmo Radio, etc.). That same year, he was a finalist for the Joséphine Prize.
